The choir in 2005.

The choir was founded in 1995 and performs a wide range of music - classics by Bach, Brahms, Duruflé and Fauré, contemporary music - including works by Jeffrey Lewis and specially commissioned pieces by John Hawkins and Emily Howard - as well as everything from plainchant to the present day.

We have performed in many interesting and prestigious venues in the North West including Manchester Cathedral, Liverpool RC Cathedral, Bangor Cathedral, St Asaph Cathedral, St Mary's Lymm at the Lymm Festival, St Ann's Manchester, St James's Gatley, Mellor Church (in roughly decreasing order of size!) not to mention Selfridges and other Manchester department stores at Christmas. Our Musical Director is David Jones, who is Accompanist Co-ordinator at the RNCM.

Membership of the Choir is by audition.
